By downloading or using the TOMBE app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.
You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app itself, and all trade marks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, remain the property of Badanzio (Aphile Mashinini).
Badanzio (Aphile Mashinini) is committed to ensuring that the TOMBE app is as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it clear to you exactly what you are paying for.
The TOMBE app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to deliver our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone — the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system. Doing so could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may cause the TOMBE app to malfunction or stop working entirely.
The app uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. These are bound to their respective owners. Relevant third-party services include:
Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection, via Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. Badanzio (Aphile Mashinini) cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have exhausted your mobile data allowance.
If you use the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, your mobile provider's terms and conditions will still apply. You may be charged by your provider for data usage during the connection, including roaming charges if you use the app outside your home region without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device, please ensure you have received permission from the bill payer before using the app.
Badanzio (Aphile Mashinini) cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. You are responsible for keeping your device charged — if your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, Badanzio (Aphile Mashinini) cannot accept responsibility.
While we endeavour to keep the app updated and accurate at all times, we rely on third parties to provide certain information used within the Service. Badanzio (Aphile Mashinini) accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality.
We may wish to update the app at any time. The app is currently available on Android, and system requirements may change. You will need to download updates to continue using the app. Badanzio (Aphile Mashinini) does not guarantee that the app will always be updated to remain relevant to you or compatible with the Android version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered.
We may also wish to stop providing the app and may terminate use of it at any time without notice. Unless we notify you otherwise, upon any termination: (a) the rights and licences granted to you under these terms will end; and (b) you must stop using the app and, if required, delete it from your device.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on this page.
